Steve Konowalchuk is out of training camp, due to abnormalities in his EKG test from yesterday. Nothing further is known.
From a pure hockey standpoint, Steve is not who we want on the DL. He is much more than his salary to the team, and even with the money back, we all know how poorly the Avs have been spending a million here, a million there.
Otherwise, I certainly hope he’s alright. Hockey has lost too many good people to heart problems lately.

Hope he’s okay! This is another player that I love…especially in the Western Conference. I used to hate to see his big body in front of my goaltender and now I love seeing it in front the Av’s opponent’s goaltenders. My kids are big Av’s fans and I told them when Colorado picked him up from the Caps that they were gonna love this guy.

You have too much fun with your Treo, I need to get me one of those.
The problem with the Treo is that I have larger meat hands, not delicate tiny keyboeard hands. Also, I can’t post comments from it, or update posts. I’m just emailing in posts right now.
But I think I just saw my now phone today. Windows Mobile, slide out keyboard, wifi and bluetooth, and other cool stuff. I will be a nightmare.
