Seriously? What happened? Someone had to watch this game, someone has to know something.
You can click that to make it bigger. But what happened at 17:11 of the 3rd. I’ve been looking around at the Ducks blogs, but have yet to hit paydirt. The NHL Highlight show wasn’t much more help. So, what does a guy have to do to stay up on the league?
By the way, that NHL highlight show is great and all, but like everything the NHL does, it has a big flaw. Watching NHL highlights on a 320X240 pixel screen sucks. It just plain sucks. It is really nice to have a highlight show, which is what bloggers and fans have been asking for, but putting it on the net, with no chance of archive (so you can see what you missed), should not be enough. I say keep the thing online, but also put it on at 1am or 2am for the Tivo and VCR users out there. Because the lineup on Versus at 1 or 2 am is riveting.
Yes, you can click that to make it bigger, too. But you won’t be setting your VCRs after that.

Well, it was pretty much Ducks not taking any crap about Chicago knocking around McDonald–actually, most of the response was started by Andy Mac himself, with plenty of backup.
The 17:11 stuff was sort of unique because while the ref was by the scorers’ desk sorting out penalties for Parros/McD/Sharp, that was when O’Donnell and Koci started fighting. On the scoresheet, it all looks like one event, but in actuality it was two sets of scrums that happened in one break in game action.
